ML Engineer — On-Device LLM
Make small language models behave like big ones. Quantization, distillation, inference optimization. Remote.
Industrial Designer (Plush & Soft Goods)
Help us iterate on character form, materials, and manufacturability. Tokyo-based preferred; will consider exceptional remote candidates.
Customer Experience Lead
First CX hire. Build the support function from scratch. Remote.
